Today I finished my A1 painting of my friend Polly that I had drawn out on Wednesday, I had done some painting on it on Thursday but I didn't get it finished until today. I am very pleased with the out come as
I think that it has a good likeness to the photograph that I took and to her in real life. I also think that it is the best painting that I have done so far. I think that this is because I have become more confident using the paint (as I had not done much painting before) and found a technique that I like.
I feel that my painting style works well on paper but in the future, for another painting during this project, I would like to paint on something else maybe board and perhaps even on a large scale too.
